Inclement Weather Policy for Show Weekends

Here is the new policy for inclement weather for all CWEA competitions beginning with Sun Valley tomorrow.

In the event of inclement weather this weekend, please notify CWEA via the secretary@cwea.us address by 9pm Friday night if your district will not permit you to travel.  Once these notices have been received, an updated schedule will be posted on the website by midnight.  In addition, if your district will not permit you travel you will need to submit a signed letter from your administration confirming the restrictions to avoid withdrawal fees.
