The minutes from the May 15 Spring Meeting are available to read as an attachment in the directors site. It is highly encouraged that all directors and instructors read them before the Fall Meeting in November. Important topics included background checks, proof of liability insurance, the 2011 Season schedule and restructuring of the various Board positions.

The 8 proposals that are up for discussion at the Spring Meeting have been sent to your director's address for your review. We look forward to your comments and voting on the new positions. This is also a reminder that we are at the Hampton Inn & Suites off I-77 at Arrowood Road in Charlotte, near the SC state line at 1pm this coming Saturday.

The 2010 Spring Meeting will be held at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Charlotte, NC on Arrowood Road off I-77(near Carowinds)with directions below. The Body Meeting is scheduled from 1pm to 4pm. Registration begins at 12:30pm.
